About Sad Panda Studios
Sad Panda Studios was founded in 2016 by Morgan Long and her two best friends. Based in British Columbia, Canada, the studio delights players around the globe with fun and light-hearted idle dating sims in a vibrant anime style. Games from Sad Panda Studios are characterized by exceptional creativity, quirky game design, entertaining dialogues with surprising twists, and new content on a regular basis.
The studio’s first release was Crush Crush, a dating simulation game starring women that players can interact with. The game has amassed over 10 million downloads on Mobile, PC, and the Nintendo Switch. Following the outstanding success of Crush Crush, Sad Panda released Blush Blush, an idle dating sim with men in the spotlight, in 2019. In addition, two visual novels from Sad Panda Studios characterized by Sad Panda’s distinctive anime style complement their game portfolio.

Since the acquisition of Sad Panda Studios by Phoenix Games in 2023, Phoenix Games’ primary goal is to uplift the existing titles and support the incredibly talented team in all aspects of game development, especially in user acquisition, ad monetization, and live operations.
